Salad Dressings 4.0 

The holidays are here. You better believe it's time to get your @$%# in the kitchen. I have some amazing recipes coming, but let's start with some amazing easy to create dressings.

Papaya Dessing

3 whole ripe papayas. Cleaned and diced. Seeds from 1 papaya 2 lbs + 3 oz of yellow onion 2 tablespoons of kosher salt 1 lb quart sugar 3 tablespoons dijon mustard 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup lime juice 1 lb white vinegar Blend until seeds are fine. Add 1lb salad oil. Emulsify

Roasted Sesame Seed Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup tahini paste

1/4 cup tamari

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

3 cloves of roasted garlic

Simply Blend.

Household Vinaigrette

1 cup EVOO

1/2 cup champagne or red wine vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tablespoon shallot or red onion diced

2 tsp honey

This isn't an emulsified dressing. It separates. Shake before every use.

Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 cup EVOO

1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar ( optional)

2 large tablespoons of dijon

Combine the balsamic, sugar and mustard then gradually blend the EVOO. It's simple, no dairy, gluten or nothing additional.

Steak tartar with crisp friscee and House Vinaigrette
