I can only imagine how surprised most people would be to learn how little a Head Chef actually gets to cook. Truth be told, actually creating culinary masterpieces on the stove often becomes an enigma hidden behind the business of food and beverage.
Tack on being an author, a culinary historian, and documenting culinary journeys onscreen, etc. and your knives can certainly evaporate right before your eyes.
Anyway, all that's just my fancy way of saying I'M BACK! Due to some last minute scheduling changes, I will be accepting private chef bookings during December until February 2022. "Nah listen here, I'm not cheap people". But neither are the menus and memories we will create.
