Recipe to compliment our meat to vegan chart......

My vegan dressing.....
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 EVOO
3 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.
In a blender add the mustard and sugar and pulse. Add vinegar. Then on slow add the oil slowly. At the end add a splash of warm water and boom. My vegan emulsified vinaigrette.
I hate the viscous quality of most non dairy milks. I searched so hard and finally love this milk. Key is to make sure it's not SLIMY!
Here’s how to do it:
Do not presoak the oats!
Do not over blend. Trust me anything over 30 seconds and u will have LIQUID GLUE.
Do not cook or heat the milk to make it.
Only used rolled oats. Believe it or not there are many different types of oats and they can certainly end up very slimy!
3 cups ice cold distilled water
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 pitted date.
Add to a high powered blender and blend for 30 seconds. Strain through a fine mesh and refrigerate.
